These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Godmode app and website ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service provides AI-driven workout suggestions and related content for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You must use the Service responsibly and comply with all applicable laws.

1.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Copy or distribute content from the Service without our permission;
  • Harass, spam, or abuse other users;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Subscription Terms

The app download is free, but access to premium features requires a subscription. Prices and billing cycles are described in the app. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on the Service are the property of Godmode or its licensors. You may not use our branding or content without our prior written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Godmode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

6. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If the changes are material, we will notify you via the app or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Granada, Spain.
