How We Measure True Strength
The Core Formula: Epley e1RM
where w = weight lifted, r = repetitions
Example: 100kg × 10 reps = 133.3kg theoretical 1-rep max
The system calculates the e1RM for every valid set you complete.
We sort your sets and select the top 3 best performing sets.
We average those three scores for your final data point.
Averaging the top 3 sets removes volatility. If you hit a PR on set 1 but burn out on the rest, your score reflects that drop. It rewards consistent performance across multiple working sets—the exact type of training required for hypertrophy.
